Following another thrilling season of NBL action, Melbourne United celebrated our stars for their achievements across the course of NBL25.
Chris Goulding claimed his fourth club Most Valuable Player award, moving past Casper Ware into sole possession of the most United MVP award victories.
This came after a season which saw Goulding register one of the best scoring seasons of his career, which included a trio of masterful 40-point-plus performances, while moving past league legends Lanard Copeland and CJ Bruton into fourth all-time for three-pointers made.
Speaking following the award win, Goulding used the opportunity to thank the families of players and staff for all the help they do and sacrifices they make to allow they club to thrive.
The other big winner was Shea Ili, with the Kiwi dynamo winning both Defensive Player of the year for a third time, and the club’s SHARE award for the second time. The star guard was also voted by fans as the Bringing The Blue Podcast MVP.
NBL25 was perhaps Ili’s best season, with the lockdown defender averaging a career-high in points, rebounds, assists and steals.
Graphic Designer Ben Stoeckel was named as the Vince Crivelli Club Person of the Year for all of his work developing and executing our brand refresh.
