If so, we invite you to join the United for Her Advisory Committee and help break down barriers for women and girls in sport.
About United for Her
United for Her is a bold new initiative by Melbourne United, committed to empowering and connecting women and girls across Victoria. We believe that when women and girls are given the opportunity to excel in sport, we create a stronger, more inclusive future for everyone.
Through United for Her, we aim to address the core barriers that prevent participation by focusing on four key areas:
- Girls-Only Clinics: Creating safe and inspiring spaces for girls to play and learn basketball.
- Coaching Workshops and Leadership Seminars: Developing confident female leaders on and off the court.
- United for Her Sports Bras Distribution: Ensuring access to equipment that supports physical activity.
- United for Her Content Series: Sharing stories that celebrate and inspire participation.

- Attend three meetings (in person or online) during the first half of 2025.
- Commit to being an advocate for empowering women and girls in sport.
- Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.
