Squad update - Round 5

Melbourne United import forward Jordan Caroline will likely miss the next two rounds with a hamstring injury sustained in Sunday night’s loss to the Sydney Kings. Caroline will be reassessed following the FIBA window.

Replacing Caroline will be guard Lachlan Barker, who will return following his recovery from a concussion sustained in United’s Round 3 win over the Perth Wildcats.

Shea Ili will also miss Melbourne’s road game against Illawarra, but is likely to return on Monday evening for United’s clash with the Perth Wildcats at John Cain Arena.

Mason Peatling will miss all of Round 5, but has returned to full-contact practice and is targeting a return in Round 6.

Development Player Malith Machar will join the team for their road trip against the Hawks.
