Welcome to STAT WRAP, Melbourne United’s weekly round-up of all the key stats from our games. Take a look below at who shined on the court, and the trends leading the way throughout the team.
GOULDING LOOKING UNSTOPPABLE
It can not be overstated how good of a season Chris Goulding is having at the offensive end.
Fresh off his 42-point effort on Monday evening, Goulding is now averaging 19.6 points per game, the most since the 2013-14 season.
The sharpshooter is actually scoring at a higher rate than he did that season, and tops every player in NBL25 when it comes to points-per-minute other than Bryce Cotton.
During his 10-three-pointer effort against the Breakers, Goulding also moved past CJ Bruton into fourth all-time for threes made in NBL history.
WHAT. A. SHOT.

DEFENCE FUELLING UNITED’S RUN
After a stretch which left many questioning our defensive ability, Dean Vickerman's side looks to have locked in on that side of the ball.
We held both the Kings and Breakers under 90 points, while also forcing 25 turnovers across the two matchups.
In NBL25, we hold an 11-1 record when holding opponents under 90 points.
DELLY ORCHESTRATING THE OFFENCE
Matthew Dellavedova continued what has been one of the best playmaking seasons of the 40-minute era in Round 16, dishing out 14 dimes across the pair of wins.
This season, Dellavedova is averaging a career-best 7.1 assists per game, while only turning the ball over two times a night.
In the 40-minute era, Dellavedova trails only Scott Machado (7.7), Kendrick Davis (7.7) and Josh Giddey (7.6) in assists per game, however he is averaging significantly less minutes per contest than all three of his fellow guards.
Vintage. Equal career-high threes for CG.
