United’s elite training facility open to the public
A portion of Melbourne United’s success over the past few years has to be attributed to the way they prepare.
Since moving to their new home of Hoop City Cheltenham, United have won 42 of 56 games, a run which includes their NBL21 Championship victory.
Now, the public will get their best opportunity to train like a champion, as Hoop City offers its best value membership to date.
To celebrate Hoop City’s first birthday, the facility is offering new and improved membership packages, which will give ballers access to the same elite facilities United’s stars use every day, with better value for money!
Featuring shooting bays, dribbling tech, a basketball specific strength and conditioning gym, access to professional coaches and programs, as well as discounted gear and tickets to Melbourne United games, this is a can’t miss offer for hoopers across Victoria.
United forward Jack White, who did the bulk of his recovery from a torn achilles at Hoop City, encouraged all aspiring young basketball players to make the most of the facilities.
“The facilities here at Hoop City are world class,” he said.
“From the FIBA approved court downstairs to the weight room upstairs, as a player you can’t really ask for much more.
“I’m confident in saying that if I was a Victorian kid looking to improve, Hoop City is a place where you can’t go wrong.”
