With Melbourne United’s first pre-season game two weeks away, excitement surrounding the team’s NBL25 campaign continues to build.
The team’s roster build is almost complete, with Marcus Lee and Ian Clark joining a lineup full of elite local talent.
UNITED UNVEIL NEW BRAND REFRESH
This includes star forward Jack White, who returns to the club following two years spent applying his trade across the NBA and G-League.
Now back in the NBL with an NBA Championship ring in his possession, White says the anticipation to get back out of the court and compete for the league’s ultimate prize is all-consuming.
“A lot of the guys returning have got that fire burning and that extra motivation to get that (another championship) done,” he said.
“I’m excited to be a part of that, to kind of go on this revenge tour and try and get that ring.”
Across White’s two regular seasons in the G-League, the athletic Victorian averaged 13.7 points and 7.4 rebounds while shooting 37% from behind the arc.
