Biography
Is coming into a second season at the Brisbane Bullets as part of the leadership group and fresh off his best NBL campaign along with a standout performance in the NBL1 North where he was MVP in the off-season.
The 29-year-old is now 145 games into his NBL career and appears at the peak of his powers with his offensive arsenal improving all the time, his defence having him among the elite in that area in the league and his leadership continuing grow.
Is the son of former NBL star Wayne who played at Adelaide, Geelong, Newcastle and Hobart, and prior to starting his own professional career spent four years at college beginning with two seasons at Southeastern Community College.
Spent the last two years at the University of Louisiana, Monroe before returning to Australia and playing in the SEABL (now NBL1 South) and signing on with Melbourne United as a development player.
Joined the full roster of United for the 2018/19 season and was part of the team's 2021 NBL championship before joining the inaugural Tasmania JackJumpers squad for the 2021/22 season.
Was a key figure in the JackJumpers reaching the Grand Final in NBL22 before then being Grand Final MVP in the Hobart Chargers winning an NBL1 South championship.
Was then then NBL1 South Best Defensive Player in 2023 ahead of joining the Bullets for the first time in NBL24 and having a standout season with 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and his numbers only partly describe his impact.
Backed that up by being the NBL1 North MVP and leading the Brisbane Capitals to a Grand Final with 22.0 points,7.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists ahead of a second season with the Bullets in the NBL.
